For the promotion of Studierendentag 2024, TBF + Partner developed the campaign "Kein Plan von deiner Zukunft?" — inviting engineering, communication and design students to spend a day exploring future careers at the company. The challenge was to translate the pressure of "what comes next" into a tone that feels honest and on eye level with a young audience, while still reflecting the professional identity of a leading engineering and consulting firm. The campaign needed to work across print, social media and a dedicated landing page, reaching young talents directly through influencer marketing..
I developed the visual identity and layouts across all touchpoints — the print brochure, landing page and social assets — tying everything together through the headline treatment, the upside-down portrait and the warm colour palette.
